The Order Entry Support is responsible for processing customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments within the organization.
**General Responsibilities**
- Processes customers orders accurately and in a timely manner using the company's order management system
- Verifies order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders, and resolves any issues or delays that may arise
- Assists with problem resolution for order-related issues, such as discrepancies, errors, or returns, by liaising with other departments and providing timely solutions
