Order Entry Specialist
Reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support
Responsible for
Accurately record customer purchase orders in the order management system. Ensure timely cross‑functional issue resolution, including cleaning of both manual and electronic orders. Apply required tools and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
Work model: hybrid.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee clean order entry, ensuring accurate prices, quantities, dates, customer and company data.
- Coordinate with customers for unexecutable request dates or quantities to meet delivery timelines.
- Collect and archive order‑related documentation and record assumptions and decisions in the system.
