Review customer information for accuracy against system data.
Prepares documents necessary for order entry inspection and archives for review if needed.
Ensure communication between Technicolor Account Services Teams and Account Management providing any information or clarification required.Main Activities: To review customer supplied master data information for accuracy and report discrepancies.
To create necessary documents to ensure proper and accurate manufacturing, packaging and distribution or delivery of goods.
To review Master Data +Order Entry information via self -audit process to ensure quality and accuracy.
To escalate MD+OE problems to Lead / Supervisor for follow up as needed.
