Order Entry Clerk

Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The Order Entry Clerk ensures accurate and efficient order processing while serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role involves entering and reviewing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. In addition, the role supports front‑office operations, including handling calls, managing correspondence, and assisting visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the company’s database or order management system, ensuring all necessary details—product codes, quantities, and specifications—are recorded correctly.
