Key Responsibilities
Functional Architecture & Solution Design
- Design creative and scalable Oracle Utilities solutions that meet business, technical, and operational requirements.
- Serve as a techno‑functional expert across:
- Customer Care & Billing (CCB)
- Customer to Meter (C2M)
- Meter Data Management (MDM – Oracle/Siemens)
- Service Order Management (SOM)
- Smart Grid Gateway (SGG)
- Operational Device Management (ODM)
- Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, business discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guidelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business, IT teams, and implementation partners.
