8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with strong techno-functional expertise. Mandatory solid Payroll experience with hands-on production support. Proven experience providing L2/L3 support in enterprise environments. Technical Skills
Oracle HCM Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts. HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, REST and SOAP APIs. SQL and PL/SQL development experience. Functional Knowledge
Core HR North America & Global Payroll Absence Management Time & Labor Benefits Recruiting & Onboarding Talent Management Methodology & Process
Experience working in Agile methodologies from initiation through deployment. Strong incident, problem, and change management practices.
