Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, and integration validation across HCM modules
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide training to end users
- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and enhancements
