The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager with strong functional knowledge and deep technical expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud. This role requires hands‑on capability in advanced configurations, technical solution design, integrations, Fast Formulas, data migration, reporting frameworks, and release management.

As a Manager, you will oversee multi‑module implementations, lead technical‑functional design, ensure architectural integrity, guide consultants, and manage end‑to‑end HCM delivery for complex enterprise environments.

Your key responsibilities
