Oracle HCM Functional Specialist

Our client, based in Pretoria, is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join their team on a 12-month renewable contract.

This is an onsite role requiring a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management)
• 3–5 years’ experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous
• Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous
• Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and time management skills
