Oracle HCM Functional- Payroll (US) and Core HR

POSITION SUMMARY

Role: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Jaipur.

Exp: 4 to 7 years

Required modules: US Payroll & Core HR is must

• 4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in U.S. Payroll and Core HR
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax components, and payment methods based on business needs
• Configure payroll definitions, payroll processes, and support payroll cycles ensuring accurate processing and compliance with U.S. regulations
