Position Overview:

The

Absence & Time and Labor (OTL) Sr. Associate

is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the

Absence Management and Time & Labor modules

within Oracle Fusion HCM.
This role ensures accurate setup and maintenance of employee time tracking, leave management, and workforce scheduling processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational policies. The role plays a key part in delivering

high-quality managed services support and continuous system improvements .
