Oracle HCM Functional Architect - Core HR & Absence

WSP Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration and support of Core HR and Absence modules. This includes enhancing processes and integrating payroll reports to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion. Strong understanding of HR processes and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
