- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management.
- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration, personalization, and security.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM best practices.
