Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.
Responsibilities
AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement
- Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow‑up until stabilization.
- Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
- Organise and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade‑offs and business value.
