We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 8–10 years of implementation and support expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capabilities along with hands-on functional configuration knowledge in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Core HR. This role requires strong solutioning skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate with offshore teams while delivering high-quality HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Design & Development
Lead end-to-end technical design and development for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Develop and support:
HCM Extracts
Fast Formulas (Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll)
BI Publisher / OTBI reports
HDL / HSDL data loads
OIC Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Own complex conversion, interface, and integration designs.
