Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Insight Global (Toronto)

12-month contract with potential extensions. Starts part-time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours after the first 2–3 months. Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A.
What they’re looking for:7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
Strong hands-on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration
Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
