- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Manage HCM Security (roles, access, and user provisioning).
- Support Global HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle ORC issues and enhancements.
- Support Talent Management and Learning modules.
- Manage HR Helpdesk tickets and workflows.
- Assist with Compensation and Benefits activities.
- Implement system enhancements and change requests.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and regression activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data fixes.
- Prepare documentation and user support materials
