Oracle ERP - Sr Functional Lead - M&A

Role Summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the functional execution of semiconductor IP integrations following acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive extraction, validation, and documentation of critical acquisition data, including contracts, billing logic, revenue recognition rules before access to source systems ends.
• Own IT execution for integrating acquired semiconductor IP into GlobalFoundries systems to ensure it can be sold, quoted, contracted, billed, and revenue recognized.
• Lead functional enablement primarily in Oracle ERP, ensuring contract-based billing, revenue recognition, and non-inventory IP product configuration.
• Collaborate with CRM and PLM stakeholders, including D365 and Teamcenter, to integrate IP commercial data and enable quoting, visibility, and product structure where applicable.
