Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle EBS best practices.
- Prepare functional design documents (MD50), test scenarios, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflow enhancements.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-production support.
