Qualifications

• Experience operating a production environment at high scale with emphasis on availability, latency and a healthy customer experience
• Solid experience (5+ years) hands‑on and understanding of Oracle database technology stack - RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Backups
• Experience with Exadata Database Machine Infrastructure preferred
• Very strong analytical skills to identify problems and their root cause
• Systematic problem‑solving approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Very good understanding of operating large‑scale distributed systems
• Good scripting skills (Shell, Python)
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CICD tools and Agile software development methodologies preferred
