Jobtailor seeks a skilled Oracle Cloud specialist to design, develop and support HCM Cloud solutions for international clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and drive secure integrations across Oracle Cloud services. You will build reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, develop HDL data loads, and extend platforms using VBCS and other Paa S tools. English fluency required;
