Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services We are hiring for Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant Job Title: Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant Location: PAN India Experience Range: 5-10 yrs Job Description: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Absence Management. At least 2-3 full cycle Oracle HCM Implementation experience with focus on Absence Management. Experience in configuring approval workflows and Fast Formulas is highly required. Experience in integration absence with of Time & Labor, Payroll. Strong knowledge in creating Fast Formulas for complex eligibility, accruals, and carryover calculations. Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting those, doing fit gap analysis and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM application Ability to work with stakeholders to define business processes and solutions.
