One of our clients, a major oil and gas company has tasked us with identifying an experienced Optimization Engineer to support their operations in Calgary, AB on a 1-year contract, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
This role sits within the Value Chain Decision Support team and plays a critical part in supporting all stages of asset development and operations, including contributions to technology commercialization. The successful candidate will drive system-wide optimization across production facilities, with a strong focus on gas offtake management and overall production efficiency.
The position is centered on ensuring safe and efficient production delivery from the proved developed reserve base while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance performance, remove bottlenecks, and optimize production and injection systems across the asset lifecycle.
