This position is a casual role working 0 to 19 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out
- Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts
- Educate customers on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality
- Guide customers in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision
