Ops Support Specialist — Records & Liaison

Link-Worldwide in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad is seeking an Ops Support Specialist 4. This entry-level position is responsible for providing operations support services including record maintenance and account opening in coordination with the Operations Core Team.

The candidate will serve as a liaison between operations staff, project managers, and clients while ensuring effective operations support in line with Citi's processes. Strong attention to detail and technical expertise are required.
