Ops Support Lead for Oil & Gas Projects

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Supervisor – OPS Support in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves leading operations support for the ADNOC Onshore project and ensuring compliance with procedures, efficient team coordination, and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate must possess a diploma in engineering and have a minimum of 10 years in operations support within the Oil & Gas sector, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with ADNOC systems and project requirements is preferred.
