Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Design & Packaging study using UG-NX/CATIA/ Module assembly/ BOM & PLM implementation for BOM and design check list.
- Making sure CAD models release in correct vehicle position, CAD in line with BOM and BOM inline with product grid as per project plan.
- Plant assembly sequence and build BOM for suspension modules, process sheet review, BOM scrub and alignment with costing BOM.
- Packaging in static & dynamic conditions.
- Visiting plant as required for Cost BOM/ assembly BOM/ Ordering confirmation/ CAD reviews.
