**What you’ll do**:
**Job Summary**
To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Business System to ensure the business meets strategic plans, growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Lean Six Sigma support to the Quality System, and Lead the plant’s effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and Facilitate the Strategic Alignment Events with all Senior Managers in the Plant
- Drive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence and OpA processes throughout the organization
- Drive Eaton Lean Six Sigma deployment
- Identify and eliminate process variations resulting in external and internal failures through: EQS, ELSS and other tools and processes
- Lean Enterprise including supplier and customer linkage
