You will be reporting to Operational Excellence Manager.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and deliver operational excellence support systems, including training materials, benchmarking studies, and communication strategies.Facilitate and drive continuous improvement projects to improve SQDC metrics on the manufacturing shop floor.Identify process improvement opportunities and act as a project leader/facilitator to execute Lean, Automation, and Digitalization initiatives.Maximize operational performance by utilizing Lean tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).Deliver and coordinate training/skill development programs to support continuous improvement activities.
