**Descripción y Requisitos**
- The purpose of this position is to mentor the departments and product lines and assist with the full deployment of the Eaton Lean System Tools.
The successful implementation of these tools will enable the plant to achieve the quality, financial, customer, and delivery targets.
**_ Job Responsibilities_**
- Contribute in the advancement of the organization in the Operations Assessment (OpA).
- Execute the initiatives of the organization in the development, implementation and improvement of the Eaton Lean Systems throughout the operation, with all the documentation and metrics required.
- Analyze key metrics related to the Eaton Lean System on the Balanced Scorecard (relevant to the position) and perform periodical reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close the gaps at an operational level.
