**What you'll do**:**Job summary**The OPEX Analyst supports all Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives, trainings, activities, and events, and provide administrative support as assigned.The analyst is responsible for supporting all Customer Service divisions and leadership team.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; H5 Metrics reports creation and mainteinance, Time Studies and Standard time Setting, Process Improvement Projects and other adhoc tasks as identified and assigned.This position is expected to be able to work independently as well as able to participate in a team**Job responsibilities**A.
Develops Power Bi Dataflows, Dashboars and Flows to track and mantain EatonCare H5 Metrics.B.
Develops other Microsoft Power platform tools as neededC.
Assists in the ongoing development and improvement of EatonCare program policies and procedures.D.
Tracks EatonCare policies and procedures complianceE.
Supports the Six Sigma Certification program ...
