The main object and purpose of this position consist in filling and handling high pressure cylinders in keeping with the safety requirements in order to satisfy the clients’ expectations and ensure that operations are efficient, while promoting ALC’s quality and safety objectives.

Monday 10am to 8:30pm
Tuesday to Thursday 1:30pm to 12:00am
Responsibilities
- Prepares empty cylinders for filling: Sorts cylinders by product and checks for defects. Cleans the cylinders and conducts sniff tests. Replaces labels on the cylinders and inputs data into CMS (Cylinder Management System).
- Is responsible for filling of cylinders: Is responsible for the start-up and shut down of filling equipment. Connects cylinders, vents, then purges residual gas using a vacuum pump. Fills cylinders according to the Product Preparation sheet & Product Filling re...
