Responsibilities

The Data Gen Operator is a technical job responsible for the reception and correct treatment of input files received from customers. The role involves first‑level support for production or customer service requests, supporting other G+D departments for data generation, and staying informed about new product releases, cooperating with R&D.

• Accurate execution of data generation processes
• Provide data in the right formats to the corresponding G+D stakeholders
• Provide response files to the different customers
• Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
• Take accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles
• Awareness of updates in the product/service specification
