Job Description

• Operate machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor machines (e.g., CNC machines, lathes, mills, presses, or assembly lines) to produce parts and products according to specifications.
• Monitor production: Inspect machine operation and product quality to ensure adherence to production standards, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Previous experience operating machinery or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine controls, tools, and technical processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
