Ensure the production required by the customer, with the established quantity and quality, and respecting established OHSE policies and procedures.

• Carry out the operations defined in the working instructions.
• Control the quality of the pieces produced according to the production program.
• Achieve targets productivity rates and quality levels for the specific workplace.
• Perform level 1 preventive maintenance activities required for each machine/facility.
• Perform the part number, model or series changes required according to the production plan.
• Keep the 5S level of the workplace according to established standards.
• Be versatile at the level defined in the section/plant.
• Take part in the initial shift and monthly meetings.
• Suggest improvements to day-to-day operations.
• Train new employees with a lower level of versatility/poly-competence when necessary. <...
