- Supports and implements Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Electro‑Static Discharge (ESD) controls.
- Responsible to check all documents prior endorsement to the next operation and verify that instructions are clearly executed and followed.
- Responsible to expedite movement of lot from cage operation to be set‑up by line and those lots finished at probe.
- Responsible to monitor production downtime of “waiting set‑up”, and provide materials for set‑up as identified by the scheduler/load operator based on the e‑board.
- Responsible to obtain the identified hardware (load board/probe card) to use for newly converted stations as identified on the e‑board.
- Responsible to ensure proper handling of equipment such as trolleys/pushcarts when transporting or transferring lots from cage to identified stations or from rack to cage operation.
