• This position as Part of Transform2Grow (T2G) Program in Electric Drives - North America (ED-NA) under the Controlling area and target line to the regional T2G Project Management Leader
• Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of improvement measures for the operative improvements that lead to the achievement of the ED-NA goals
• Perform in-depth, content-driven and neutral analysis of lever areas, while challenging the main measures and their robustness
