The team, position & mission

The Operations Center is at the heart of daily operations at Orange Business. Here, you will work with some of Norway’s most widely used digital services, covering everything from network operations to application management.

As an Operations Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include implementing system changes and upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and performing technical analyses. We place strong emphasis on thorough onboarding, continuous learning, and professional development.

We are around 30 employees at Operations Center in Norway and work closely with colleagues in our other European offices. Many of the employees at Operations Center have started working with us after their studies within IT, and others have some years of experience.
