Operations Technician (Madrid)

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Technician to join our Operations team in Madrid, playing a key role in supporting the French market.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operational and technical tasks within the Operations department, supporting Domestic and Multinational programmes for the French and wider European business areas.
• Process policies, support customer service delivery and comply with general network service level agreements.
• Work as part of a team owning policy maintenance, processing, and recording of quality business data.
• Effectively process all types of policies, including complex and/or multinational programmes, adhering to best practices.
• Work closely with other internal departments to deliver a high level of service to customers.
• Ensure adherence of technical processes and regulatory compliance.
