Job Description

Shift: 1:30 pm – 10 pm, Monday‑Friday. The Operations Team Member – Personalization reports to the Inventory Manager and plays a vital role in creating high-quality memorial products through precision laser engraving, digital design preparation, and detailed production support.

This position is ideal for someone with strong material awareness, excellent attention to detail, and experience with image‑editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

The role focuses on technical operation of laser engraving equipment, quality control, and safe handling of materials in a supportive, close‑knit care center environment.
