Job Description

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Micro‑Fulfillment Center (MFC) in Hospitalet (Barcelona) as part of our quick‑commerce vertical in Spain.

About the role: You’ll own end‑to‑end operations of the Hospitalet store — from warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy to team leadership and customer fulfillment quality. You’ll report to the Area Manager and be a key part of a network of high‑performing MFCs.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive operational and delivery KPIs.
• Hire & train: Lead and develop a team of pickers and couriers (around 30 employees), fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage weekly scheduling and staffing to meet demand forecasts while controlling labor costs.
• Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure smooth last‑mile execution.
