We are seeking an experienced operations and accounting professional to develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our short-term rental property management practice.
The SOPs will cover trust accounting, financial accounting, and related services including taxation and regulatory compliance. Our goal is to build clear, structured, and scalable process documentation to support operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and internal controls.
The procedures will be built around our existing technology stack, which includes QuickBooks, Clearing, Guesty, and Ramp. The selected professional should have experience working within these platforms (or similar systems) and understand how to design workflows that integrate across property management and accounting software.
The final deliverable should be a complete operations and accounting playbook that is practical, detailed, and implementation-ready.
