This is an internal IT Operations role responsible for level 1 support and monitoring of Insight’s internal IT infrastructure . Common duties and responsibilities include d with th is role include :

Utilize ITSM platform to manage and log all support issues.

Monitor shared mailboxes, Microsoft Teams, and other communication methods used by other teams to report IT incidents to the IT Operations Team.

Participate in team phone support queue leveraged by other IT teams to report infrastructure issues .

Perform 1 st level diagnosis and troubleshooting for infrastructure support issues.

Create and maint ain IT support documentation including knowledgebase articles.

Es calate and track major infrast ructure incidents.
