Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize multiple software programs.
- Work as a team player.
- Professional customer service and phone skills.
- Process various reports.
- Occasionally act as liaison with customers.
- Troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues.

Requirements
- Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and cover as needed (shifts or projects).
