Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve daily operational issues, addressing ad‑hoc user or system requests to ensure consistent service availability
- Diagnose and escalate incidents to appropriate teams (DevOps/L2) when necessary, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime
- Manage and troubleshoot data synchronization and loading processes, ensuring data integrity and availability
- Monitor and resolve issues related to scheduled tasks (cron jobs), ensuring that automated processes run smoothly and on time
- Oversee site creation, updates, and release activities, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful deployment and functionality
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as Operations Support Specialist (or similar)
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services for troubleshooting and resolving cloud‑based issues
