The main goal of this position is to provide operational support by processing requests, maintaining records, updating systems, and delivering high-quality service to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process requests according to business requirements.
- Create and update records in underwriting, workflow, and financial systems.
- Prepare and send policy documents and wordings as requested.
- Handle midterm transactions, including endorsements, cancellations, reversals, and rebookings.
- Respond to business queries and provide required information to progress requests.
- File completed transactions in the appropriate system.
- Support additional tasks such as certificate issuance, claims experience, letter of authority processing, and broker transfers.
- Assist with urgent requests and complete work within required timelines.
