Job Summary

Will provide support in areas such as collections, customer service, research and loan delivery. Also responsible for assisting investors with any interim servicing related issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls from borrowers, Title Companies, Correspondents, Attorney's offices, originating banks, etc. in a timely manner, addressing the callers concerns and following through with a call back if the issue needs further research
• Generate and send out Hello Letters on newly purchased loans.
• Generate and send out Insurance Letters on newly purchased loans.
