Job Responsibilities
The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and operational excellence of IT applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with application teams, solution architects, security specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain stable production and non-production environments while driving continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyse, and maintain the health and performance of production and non-production environments to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
Identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
Manage application, infrastructure, and security incidents, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
