Job Description The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for facilities operations, supporting both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes and reactive works. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate systems, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and contributing to effective issue resolution to minimise operational risk and maintain service performance. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of reactive work orders from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor alarm management systems and operational alerts, assessing priority and coordinating responses. Raise, allocate, track, and close work orders within agreed service levels and response times.
