Operations Support Analyst

Overview

Our client is a global VAT and tax compliance specialist, part of one of the largest tax recovery groups in the world — operating across multiple jurisdictions and servicing clients worldwide. They call their Operations Support team The All-Rounders. This is a cross-functional, high-impact analyst position sitting at the heart of the business — managing compliance cases, driving R&D initiatives, leading internal projects, and liaising directly with clients, tax authorities, and stakeholders across the globe. You won't be siloed. You'll work across departments, jurisdictions, and problem types — building deep expertise in global VAT and US Sales Tax while contributing to the operational engine of a fast-moving international business.
